Lucent Auto Work

I took my new truck through a car wash and it came out with scratches. When I bought the truck I paid extra to get this protective layer at the dealership that was sold to me that it would help deter scratches, dings, and paint chips but it has done nothing of the sort and I regret wasting the money on this. I went to this shop to get an assessment of how to fix the scratches and was offered various options on how to address it. I chose having Icon put on it since it comes with a 15 year warranty and out of all the options seemed to be the best. I was nervous in making this commitment because it is expensive and the Reddit comments on this product were pretty negative but one key comment I heard was it matters on how this product is put on and the prep work that goes into it. When I met with Mike and another one of his team members for the assessment I had a strong feeling that there was a high level of integrity in their work. This is a family owned business so I do think the quality of their work matters to them. After having the Icon put on my truck it is so shiny and I'm very pleased with the results. They even addressed the paint chips. I'm glad I made this investment and thankful this shop is here in our community 🙏🏽

I took my car in today to have paint removed after it was vandalized. Not only was the paint removed but my car was polished and it looks even better than it did before the vandalism. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend!!

Brought in my car in and they didn't do a very good job with the exterior. The contacted me, I believe that day or the next day and wanted to make it right. They worked diligently to make it right and they did. Couple of days after, I brought my car in again and they made it perfect by making the car look brand new. Tires and wheels looked spotless. They even fixed the service bell, to notify team members in the shop that a customer is waiting.
