He explained all of my options to me without pressure. Everyone there was very professional. My vehicle looks great and everything came with a warranty. His enthusiasm and confidence in their work immediately put me at ease. He made me feel great about choosing their shop to work on my new car. Educational Experience with John's Son: Upon arriving at the shop, I met John's son, who shares the same name. Took the time to educate me about window tints, showcasing examples of different tint percentages. Notably, he showed me his own Tesla with a specific tint percentage and another employee's car with a different tint. His expertise and willingness to engage in detailed discussions helped me make informed decisions. Exceptional Customer Service: I can confidently say that the customer service at JMS Auto Salon is unparalleled. After leaving the shop, I called back to request pictures of my car with the windshield and front doors tinted (before proceeding with the rear windows). Slul, who works at the front desk, promptly noted my request. To my surprise, they not only sent the pictures but also pulled my car out into the sunlight to demonstrate different lighting angles over the phone. This level of attention and responsiveness truly impressed me. Quality of Workmanship: Beyond exceptional service, the quality of their work was outstanding. They went above and beyond by covering up two tiny rock chips on my car that I had acquired while driving to the shop from the dealer. It's worth noting that shops are not obligated to address such minor issues, but JMS Auto Salon did so willingly. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to choose JMS Auto Salon. Awesome job on my 4x4 van. The trim was stuffed and I was considering replacing it but this shop was able to restore it. They worked with us and we’re patient listening to our concerns. Even though they usually do high end cars they took on my van project. We are really happy with the results.
