Had remote start installed and had issues. Snow’s stuck with it until they figured it out. Thank you for that. Down side is it took four visits to their store to get it right. Tyler was extremely nice to work with and why I left four stars. I want to mention that there are two Brian’s that work here. One is the owner or manager, I don’t know exactly, and he was very patient and professional over the phone when I was getting frustrated about my repeated visits to the store to get this issue fixed. The other Brian is a misogynistic jerk who sits at the front desk. How he is still employed there is beyond me. He is the epitome of why I dislike these kinds of businesses which can already be a little intimidating for a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. He’s rude and dismissive in person and over the phone. He was rude to me and to my boyfriend who called for me after I had had enough Brian’s crappy attitude. Also on one of my visits I was in the waiting room and saw my car pull up to the front. Assuming it was ready and they would be calling me up shortly I waited a few minutes. Nothing. So I went up the front desk and both Brian and the other guy were just playing on their phones, completely ignoring the customer. I wouldn’t have thought much of it except for the way they jumped when I asked if my car was ready. The other guy practically threw his phone down. I was already annoyed by Brian’s rude treatment to me on that day so the way it ended just added to my disbelief in how they do business.

Its a decent choice. Installers are amazing. They cater to higher end installs and products. Their shop rates in unison are higher than most but not the highest. It depends on your level of need. If you want a vehicle electronics concierge, they are a solid choice. If your handy that shop rate may scare you-but everybodys gotta eat. I'd shop around and stop at Snows last. They want to earn your business. Give them a shot.

So I gave them 3 stars in the past and now I'm downgrading it further. Had tires put on my truck and of course they put the wrong size on and now I'm stuck with them and dealing with them rubbing. Also had them install a subwoofer and it looks like an amateur installed it and paid for a diagnostic look at my amp steps and all they did was plug them in and say the motors are Toast. Left a message twice for a call back and nothing. I would go elsewhere even if you pay a little more. Not worth the time or money.
