Orange Tinting

My initial review was 5 stars. I had a good experience with getting my tints done as well as the process to get an appointment. Where things went downhill for me was after the tint job was complete. I had noticed small bubbles in my rear windshield. They provide a lifetime warranty so I took it in to get it fixed. In the process of removing the old tint my defroster grid lines were taken off as well. Before getting it redone my rear defroster worked fine. Afterwards, I had noticed that my defroster wasn't working as I had a condensation on my rear windshield despite the defroster being on. I had reached out to them and was advised to check the fuse and connections of the defroster. All checked out, but once I mentioned the broken grid lines I was left with no response. I followed up with another message and once again no response. I was satisfied with the job, but the lack of communication after the error on their end is what got me. Rear windshields aren't cheap and fixing the lines is a long process. *edit* In response to your statement “Hey Nathan, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As we discussed, the car already went through the tinting and removal process before we worked on it at our shop. Unfortunately, we cannot replace your windshield as you wanted us to do.” we both know I never asked for a windshield. And to add on this car has never ever been to another tint shop before. I know because the car has been in the family since it was bought with 0 miles. Attached below is before and after of the damaged grid lines.

Great experience! Tinted the front two windows of my new Ford Escape. Price was good; was able to schedule for me the next day and only took about an hour.
