Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable when it came to removing water spots that cooked on my car since the summer. The car was better than it looked when I bought it and the dealership had it detailed. I am definitely going back and taking m...
I inherited a 12 year old vehicle from my uncle. He was a heavy smoker and had a short haired dog. Needless to say, the car was a pig stye with lotsa dog hair and smelled like a burn pit. My efforts to clean and use of Fabreeze plus other deodorants did absolutely nothing. I took it to SA Detailing to ask for his expert advice. No problem he said. When it I picked up the car it was clean, no dog hair and smelled like a bouquet of flowers. Now after two years there is still no residual cigarette smoke smell. Since then my two other cars have been detailed here. Thank goodness we have a detailer of this caliber in the Lacey area.
My 6 year old threw up twice in our suv, which I tried to clean myself with the ol' white vinegar/baking soda deal and it never fully came out (smell-wise). The only groupons for interior detailing with carpet shampoo I could find were in Seattle and they were still $150-250. So I called every place within 10 miles of where I live SE Oly, told them the sitch and got quotes. Price ranges from $140-500, $400-500 if I want the carpet "shampooed," which I guess is not expected to be standard in an interior detail (really?). Anyhoo I called Sound Auto Detail, he said $125. I told him about the vomit story, he said that's fine, $125. I said I've tried to clean it and won't come out and need deep carpet shampooing. "That's fine, $125. And you can give it the sniff test." I did. Perfect. Not only did they clean the inside to BETTER than brand new. The carpets were showroom perfect, spotless, no smell, AND they cleaned the outside as well. It was a brand new car. My wife and I were so impressed I was just sad there was no tip line on the bill, cus they really deserved it. We have a dog and they took care of all the dog hair for free, which apparently something that normally gets charged. In trying to convey my gratitude he said, " It's no problem, I know you'll tell your friends." He was absolutely right. They went above and beyond for half or less than the other places I spoke with. Call around if you like, but this is the place.
