EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LOW QUALITY WORK. Stay away from this place at all costs!! I Was charged 3400 for repairs on my car and expected at least a decent result for that price. Soren was pleasant to work with at first when he was quoting the work. But when I got the car back the front bumper was barely held on, the body panels were all poorly installed and it was clearly rushed or done by someone who has never installed body panels. As soon as I mentioned the condition of the car Soren got super rude and unprofessional and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him for mentioning that they didn’t install things correctly. On top of that, the car was covered in overspray, and even a huge spot of paint on the passenger window where the painter tested his sprayer and never bothered to come back and remove the paint.
After I was in an accident, M&S went above and beyond for me. After being turned away from a previous shop, they gave me a 2nd opinion and were able to fix my car, and it looks even better than when I first bought it. I highly recommend them for any and all collision repairs!
