On 2/20/2025 under direction of Todd Groskrevtz , our glass installation advocate, a team from South Tacoma Glass arrived precisely on time and began a very professional and timely glass window installation on our home residence! The crew was thorough,respectful and did a meticulous clean up upon completion! David,Brandon,Matt,Kenny and Shawn were a pleasure to work with. Great team here! Visited them to replace a damaged windshield covered by USAA insurance. Scheduling was easy and convenient, dropped the car off and expected it to come back in a few days… got notification that it was ready in less than 4 hours! Front office team is kind, competent, and makes you wish you had more window & glass needs just to stay around longer. Not wishing for more auto glass damage, but if it happens I know where we’ll go!
