Extreme Custom Collision

The only thing extreme here is the amount of negligence taken with customer vehicles. My car was brought here by carmax to fix the paint on the rear bumper only. I was notified on Friday that the car alarm was set off via the volvo on call app. I thought nothing of it but tried to call the body shop 3+ times for them to either ignore the phone or send me to voicemail immediately. On February 3rd I was notified to pick up my vehicle by carmax and was met with far more damage than it had been dropped off with. Extreme Custom Collision broke into my vehicle with a metal coat hanger and caused at least $5k worth of damage. Not to mention the bumper was not masked properly and is now misaligned. AVOID THIS BODY SHOP AT ALL COST.

Excellent customer service. Everyone here is professional yet so down to earth and welcoming. Their work is on time done to PERFECTION, with guarantee. My car went in dirty due to snow. When i picked my car up it was shiny clean, all my tires were shiny, my rims looked new and the inside was vacumed! I cannot say enough!

Simeone was a stand up dude and a pleasure to deal with. The receptionist was great too. Made me feel right at home and provided me with excellent service while dropping my car off for repairs.
