Long/Honest Review -- please read to its entirety before you take your vehicle here! After reading positive reviews, and a recommendation from a friend, I took my vehicle to LM Tinting at the end of May to get it tinted. I walked in towards the end of the day and chatted with the person at the front desk . My initial impressions were positive, and made an appt. for 9 AM the following day. I arrived at the shop 10 minutes early the next day to drop my car off, only to find that they had already taken in a walk-in appointment, thus bumping me from my scheduled appointment time. I was a bit perturbed at this, but wasn't going to leave a review solely to blast them on not doing the right thing and honoring their commitments. After my experiences below, I now see that not honoring their appointments should have been an initial red flag. A little before 1 PM, my "9 AM" appointment was concluded, and my car was ready for pickup. The initial post-tint inspection looked good. I've had about 8 vehicles tinted from various companies, so I am well aware that there are water bubbles present that take time to subside. No issues there. After letting the car sit in the hot sun for about 10 days, I noticed that there were still some small bubbles present. I called LM, and they told me to check it again in a week or so. Just to give them the benefit of the doubt, I left it for nearly the entire month of June, and the bubbles remained. After closer inspection (and to my disappointment), I noticed that these bubbles were due to contamination and debris. The glass was either not properly cleaned, or there was dirty air floating around the shop. Any professional tint shop worth their salt would ensure that their workspace (and tinting surface) was sterile and free of contaminants. I would be fine with a few small debris bubbles for a low-rate tint job ($200 or less), but for almost double the price, there is no excuse. Especially in a nice, clean shop like theirs. I got around to taking the vehicle back today so LM could take a look at it. The front desk lady and the tint tech came out to look at the vehicle, and they said that it was "normal" to have those bubbles. This is absolutely not the case. I began to close up all my doors so I could talk to them about resolution (either getting it re-done, getting a partial refund for a sub-par tint job, or getting a discount on a future tint job). As I went to close up my doors--BOTH of them just left and walked inside. Scurried away like it was nothing. I have not seen this level of unprofessional behavior in a very long time. I was not being adversarial whatsoever--I just wanted to show them the issues at hand, and have a polite discussion about avenues for resolution. And they just leave me outside. I didn't care that they messed up the tint job. I was grateful to have found a "good" shop close by that I could build a relationship with, and trust to get the job done. It's not about making mistakes--it's how you FIX them. They showed their true colors today, which led me to post this review. The only thing I regret is that I paid cash to get a discount. If I used my card, I could have done a partial chargeback for the actual value (since they ran off instead of honoring their "warranty"). Shame on me for that one. Bottom Line, for future potential customers that want to try their luck here: 1) They may not honor your scheduled appointment time if one of their friends shows up before you 2) Their "Lifetime Warranty" is likely meaningless 3) ALWAYS use a credit card, so you have a form of protection in case what happened to me happens to you *BELOW IS MY RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE* They finished their look, so I was closing up 2 front doors, 2 sliding doors, and a rear hatch when the staff walked off without a word. Why would I take hours off of work and drive 20 minutes, just to intentionally go home empty handed? I had no logical reason to leave without resolution. I'm not going to follow you inside and grovel--you had every opportunity to fix it and you blew it. Own up to it.

The staff here at LM Window Tinting was nothing short of amazing!!! I went to get an inquiry as to getting the windows tinted on my 2015 Mercedes Benz C300. Was told I could come back the same day @3pm. Came back as scheduled, and let’s just say all turned out to be LOVELY!!! The tech and the receptionist was very nice and awesome! You guys are the absolute best. Thank you greatly 😊🤎
