They did not even acknowledge my email. Granted, it was a decorative vinyl I was asking about; they listed such as a service they provide. But, then, I was going to get my windows tinted. They just never even responded. Wow..
Today, I had the pleasure of having professional window tint technicians "Keegan" and "Chris" from Clear Defense visit my home and install Vista Window Film by LLumar. The technicians were both on-time, in professional Clear Defense attire and were kind, courteous and professional. I had window tint installed on 12 windows in my condo in downtown Roanoke for all windows facing East and West. This is the first time since I have owned my condo that I have been able to pull back my blackout window curtains on the West side of my home without being baked in the HOT afternoon sunlight. About 85% of the harmful UV and thermal rays are now bounced from the high-quality Vista Window Film that has a mirrored finish. It is cooler in my home, my AC is not having to work as hard, thereby extending its life and the window film itself is practically maintenance free. Very detailed written instructions along with a Window Film Warranty was left with me at the conclusion of the installation. As for the costs.....they were 50% less in Roanoke compared to what I paid for window tint on my Florida home for the approximate same square footage of coverage. It was a pleasure to work with "Steve" the owner who also took the time to sit down with a group of my condo neighbors and educate all of us about his products, their usefulness, energy efficiency and he left samples for us to examine in order to make educated selections that fit our individual needs. Top quality products combine with top quality customer care make for a winning combination. I strongly recommend this company to you.
