Tint World

I’ll start with the good, I found this place just from a google search and saw that it was near and had good reviews. I stopped by to get a window tint quote and the customer service was great. I was greeted and all of my options were explained to me based on the level of tint I was in the market for. After deciding what I wanted we were able to get an appointment scheduled for just a few days later. At that time I was asked if I wanted to drop off my vehicle or stay and wait. Considering the time I was quoted(~1.5-2hrs) I said I’d just wait for it. The day of the appointment arrived and I dropped my vehicle off at 11am and confirmed the estimated completion time, again quoted 1.5hrs. Now here’s where the negative feedback comes, I didn’t get my vehicle back until 3:15pm. That’s over 4hrs after my appointment time and over double the time quoted. There was no follow-up or explanation for the delay while I waited. Another customer expressed to me the discontent with the inaccuracy of the time quote he received as well. If I had been given a more accurate estimate I would’ve made plans to drop it off and come back due to other commitments I had in the day. The work done was great but they need to try to give better time estimates so customers can properly plan.
