Premier Autosound & Tint

Went for a simple amp and box install so I thought..dropped it off around 5am. I got off at 3:30 got there around 4:30 so they had it all day never called to say it was done. Get there and had an inch amd and a half gap from the top of my radio to vents .. I had a Tesla screen put in by sound wave previously and it fit perfect .. they take it back in the back and got to modifying to make it work 2 hrs later they bring it around and my arm rest is broken and my vents weren’t put back properly and broken on one end. I went against my better judgment with dealing with them. Going forward I will be dealing with sound wave and you should too! Part2..I called the owner Matt to try and resolve the terrible work and my broken vent. He was upset that I left this review and was very rude and nasty towards me . Telling me the broken vent that they did was my issue and he wasn’t going to touch the car..he told me he read the review and didn’t like it and since I left the review he wasn’t going to do anything about it .. very disrespectful and nasty guy. Nothing is fraudulent about my post or review sound wave installed it originally a very reputable shop and it was posted on there instagram. I was not mad at all about you having the car all day then having to wait 2 more hrs after paying you. It’s about the professionalism I don’t need to get over on anybody I work for mines..the third pic is the day I picked it up from sound wave

I had my tint done originally 7 years ago and my back window started to get air bubbles recently. No problem though because I had a lifetime warranty. Called and spoke with Mr. Matt who told me to come in when I was free. I made sure I was there when doors opened at 9am. Him and his amazing staff replaced my tint and had me back on the road in like 30 mins. Great job fellas. Thank you all again. Great team and great customer service.
