VT Custom Auto was great- they inquired about communication preferences (text vs call) and promptly updated me when work was done. I'm impressed and will go there again. Update: during my second visit there, the mechanic told me that I had an old air filter and cracked serpentine belt. He replaced those. When I picked up the car, the mechanic showed me the (filthy) filter and the (pitted/cracked) belt. He proved that his diagnosis was accurate so that I had no doubt that he wasn't creating work, but rather helping me identify problems before a breakdown. Well done.

Jacob (the owner) and his crew are amazing. They have fair pricing, are honest and up front. My wife and I are very happy we found Vermont Custom Auto. I had Vermont Custom Auto do some work on my 2019 Chevy Colorado. Attached are the before and after pictures of the truck. I will definitely be returning for any of my auto needs.

I can't recommend them enough. They got my daughters car in for an oil change and winter tires and found numerous problems with her car. They did all the needed repairs in the same day. I know my daughter will be safe driving her car.
