This place is amazing, reasoning behind their 4.9 star rating, whether it’s audio, ppf, wrap or friendly customer service this place HAS it, absolutely loved the work they did, definitely recommend this place over anything else when it comes to wrap, ppf, audio all of that, I came in for a stek carbon ppf wrap for my roof and I was hesitant at first from previous issues at other shops but once Gabe showed me around the shop, I knew this was the place and they were professional and the right people, if I could give this experience rating and a higher rating than five i definitely would, 10000/10 thank you guys! Will definitely be bringing more business from me and the car community! Thank you so much!

I was referred to JCA by a previous client. Highly rated I decided to book a tint removal and replacement. I spoke with the owner to confirm pricing & timeline for the job. JC advised it typically took a day & WORST case it would be a day and a half. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 am, 7 hours later I called for a status update. I again spoke with JC who said they’d gotten the tint off (no mention of difficulties). He apologized & said that it was nearly complete but he had 2 new guys in the shop who had been working on it & he wasn’t happy with the work so he tore it off to start again. He said he would need to keep it into the next day & asked if that was okay. Slight inconvenience as we were planning to go out of town the next day but not a huge deal since he said they’d work on it for the next two hours and pick up on it the next morning and be done at noon. The next day my family left out of town without me expecting I’d be able to meet up with them a few hours later. I called the shop again this time at 11:30am to verify they were nearly completed before I had my transportation pick up & drop off. JC continued to apologize, said the day had gotten away from him & he would now need the car until 4pm. I show up at 3pm aware I’ll need to wait an hour. They take me out and show me what they have done - which is only 3 of 5 windows and they’ve now had my car in their shop for 15.5 business hours. The car is finally done at 5pm. 1 hour after the 3rd promise time, 4 hours after the 2nd promise time & 8.5 hours after the 1st promise time. I believe in giving fair and honest reviews. I am completely satisfied with the final results and believe that you will be too. I had a couple small concerns regarding the windows after the 3 day period for them to cure, brought it in and they had it fixed in a matter of minutes. The staff I interacted with were great, they were kind and happy to assist - no issues there. I’m not happy with the amount of time and excuses. My rating is based on the customer service. It was not my fault that the owners team did not live up to his expectations when completing the install, it is not my fault that the “day got away from you”, it was not my fault he failed to deliver on schedule, or that he failed to contact me at any point & I had to touch base with the company to find out what what going on with my vehicle. I missed an entire day with my family. Had he said “Hey, sorry about the delays, here is what I’m going to do for you…” or “Is there anything I can do to make this right?” My experience with JC Automotion would be different - but it feels wrong after all that to charge a customer full price and send them on their way. My time is valuable just like yours. I do think JCA strives to provide excellent results for customers but could improve on exceeding customer expectations when it comes to their customer service. Meeting deadlines, communication and making the customer feel valued.

Had them PPF the whole midsection and rear of my 2021 Miata RF and I'm very happy with the result. I wish I had come to them first to do the hood, front bumper, and front fenders as well as since they did a much better job on the install than the Bountiful installer that did those. Everyone I interacted with - Jade, Jordan, Niko, and Jesus - were all very professional and courteous and what I was most impressed with was their enthusiasm and pride in their work. Especially Jade was topnotch in helping me get scheduled, explaining their services and what to expect and making suggestions, and making sure I stayed updated on the car's progress - both for the initial install as well as the follow-up 3 weeks after the install to resolve any issues that came up. Highly recommend these folks!
