Customer service is everything and taking care of the customers should be a Priority Jose is a nice guy But I had got a windshield tint job done. There was some imperfections. So I Went back to show him He stated that he could try to fix it, but there would Be no guarantees .. our schedules didn’t coincide together because the days that I had available, he stated he was too busy and couldn’t give me a time frame how long it would take so I ended up getting a refund, which is cool but As he stated, the only reason he Gave me a refund is to be done with me which Is very unprofessional Specially, with the attitudes Maybe just take pride of Quality of work that you push out instead of the $
Highly recommend Amerimex! I had a tough day and getting a ding in my windshield only added to it but he was able to help my daughter’s car get back on the road. Thankful I learned about him and will reach out again when needed.
