A technician came out to fix a small chip. It happened to be raining when they finally showed up. I made a point to ask if the rain would affect the work. I was assured it would work. The next morning I had three cracks across my windshield in three different directions.After speaking to other places of business they assure me that glass work shouldn’t be done in the rain.to make matters worse when I called to express what had happened they wouldn’t take responsibility for any wrongdoing. Basically the manager said no glasswork is ever guaranteed. I should have read the reviews on this place first. I actually thought about having them replace my windshield but when I called to let them know I’d be a little late they acted like they had no idea who I was or what I was talking about since they claim they don’t do appointments. Stay away from this place if you value your time and money.
If you are getting your windshield replaced for your vehicle then definitely ask for “Donnie”. He was awesome, on-time, friendly, and knew what he was doing. I had no idea how much work it was to replace a windshield. He did an awesome job! Thanks again!
