Wow! Incredible service. My son’s basketball hit my windshield and it shattered entirely. It was a Sunday so I was worried they wouldn’t be able to repair it but I called and they asked me to come in so within 2 hours, my windshield was repaired! I had sensors that they weren’t aware of so they were very communicative of the price difference and made it was all calibrated correctly. On the personal side of things, I had my two kids with me and the owner was so amazing with dropping us off at a restaurant since it was lunch time and even picked us up so we didn’t have to walk! Family oriented is such a plus for us! Thanks again and we’ll be back for ANY AND ALL vehicle glass repair!
I had been here ten years ago when Ivan owned the business. Leevr owns it now. My rear window glass was a three piece section, with a vertical slide in the middle where the weatherstripping was twisted. It wasn't possible to replace the weatherstripping per the vehicle manufacturer, but an entire three piece window has to be ordered. How often can you open a window in Houston? So I asked if a solid piece of glass was available, which there was. I have had rain water coming into my 2010 truck since the beginning. Water drips onto the passenger rear head rest and into the rear driver side door well. Every mechanic I've been to stated it was leaking from the sun roof. Leevr shook his head and said it was from the back window. Newer vehicles are precision engineered. The price with removal and installation was a bit over $700, with $400 for the window and a bit over $300 for labor, and took about five hours to complete. I read other reviews from/about women who state he overcharges them. So I, as an elderly woman, called a couple other shops afterward and was quoted much cheaper prices, but the level of complexity was not taken into consideration. I am fully satisfied with all. My window was actually screwed in, and there was so much glue and adhesive between the large rubber exterior strip over the paint. All that glue had to be meticulously removed by hand, not scraped, as the paint would be damaged. I stayed the duration of the operation and took pictures and observed them. The original window leaked because there were two large gaps where the water channels along the roof which allowed water into the vehicle. The new rear window is lighter in color, easier for these elderly eyes to see out of, and no more water in the vehicle. I also opted to have ceramic film put on the front driver and passenger window. Thank you Leevr, Rafael, and Isquel. The only thing I would like to suggest is a thorough cleaning and mopping of the restroom everyday, along with a paper towel dispenser.
I was recommend this place by someone. I went to get my windshield replaced. The owner was nice, and it took about two hours. The windshield leaked, and air was going through. They said to wait, the glue wasn't dried yet. So i waited, and it got worse. Went to get it fixed. It's better than before, but it's still not perfect. The windshield seal at the bottom of the window is smushed on one side and flush on the other. There is glue where there isn't suppose to be glue. My windshield wiper grommet is broken. My interior on the driver and passenger side of the inside of the window is cut and messed up. It looks like they scrapped it with the knife while uninstalling the windshield. I don't know why I was recommended this place, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Being nice doesn't constitute proficient work. Cheaper is not always better, and in this case, you get what you pay for.
