I was referred to Mike by a friend, so I went there with high hopes and supplied my own tint and vinyl. All I needed was labor. After parking, Mike checked out the truck. To see if he could do the job. I don’t want to get into many details. I’ll speak of the important ones. Such as my window being redone twice due his lack of oversight. He was actually scratching the film itself, because it was backwards. So he had to redo the process again, using the rest of what I left in that size. He didn’t offer to make it right after messing up the first time. He then installed the second film, but during the install process put “5 to 6 inch Scratch” in the top hand left corner. I pointed out the damage to Mike. I then figured a proper fix or remedy was a vinyl visor I had. It would cover the scratched area from the outside. So I figured let’s try. While installing the vinyl, I noticed Mike trimming more then he should (away from the windows edge). After Mike finished the job, I asked him how much for everything. Mind you, he quoted me $60 ($65 using a debit card) earlier. Now, Mike changed his mind and charged me $120. He gave me a poor excuse for overcharging me. I reluctantly payed the $120. The workmanship was terrible for a guy who has been doing this for 30 plus years. He messed up and charged me for his mistake. I’m disappointed with the job and feel ripped off.
