Jake and Javi did a great job. Jake was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in assisting me with choosing the best upgrade for my 2025 BMW 230i. I went with the Audison speakers and Audison amp ugrade. Also, they installed a 12 inch Memphis speaker box with a Memphis amp that I had from my previous BMW. The installation was seamless and the sound is off the charts. Had a issue with the amp overheating and Javi explained the issue and fixed it with no problems. I will definitely use Earmark Car Audio again and definitely recommend them for any audio upgrades. Added a pic of the bass knob that was installed and it blends in perfectly!

I can’t say enough good things about Earmark Car Audio and their staff. I’ve had 2 Silverado’s stolen in just under 4 years. I was searching for the absolute best anti theft solution and came across the IGLA pin code system. Earmark is one of a few authorized dealers in the metroplex. Fast forward to today and my review. This past Saturday I was celebrating a special weekend with my wife when I started having issues with my IGLA. I immediately called Earmark at about 10 after 6:00 and they were closed for the weekend. I had remembered texting the staff member just after my install. In desperation I text that number and basically said I’m stranded and somehow Johnny the employee who was so knowledgeable about the system called me back. He was already at home in McKinney with his wife and kids. I explained what was happening and he walked me through all the troubleshooting steps and we concluded that I had major issues. I called AAA and scheduled a tow to their location and he met me there so he could help get me back on the road for our weekend plans. Most other companies would have not even responded and left me stranded but not Earmark! Again, thank you for going above and beyond when you were off the clock! Oh! And this was not an IGLA issue, turned out I had gotten some water damage that shorted out my vehicle. I highly recommend Earmark Car Audio and the IGLA.
