Had windows tinted by Lance and Jesse. Excellent job, good cut lines, no bubbles nor defects. Had a similarly great experience years ago, great consistency continues!
Back windshield is bubbling after less than two years. The warranty they offer isn’t their own but a warranty they get from the film company they use and if you don’t have a copy of your receipt they won’t fix it cuz they’d can’t get any money from 3M without it. Conveniently they don’t have copies of the receipts either which is not normal for a company. Was told they would “dig in their old files” to find mine but was never called back. It’s been months. They told me I could pay them $200 to take it off and redo it as if I would pay them to fix what they didn’t do right in the first place. This was my second time using them. Will not go back due to lack of quality, customer service, and integrity. Edit: it looks way worse than this now. The whole back windshield is covered in bubbles. My husband and I recently bought a new truck and will be taking it to Signature Glass in Costa Mesa this week. If they had honored their warranty I would have taken my new car back here
