Highly recommend CTU, they tinted my van and installed decals and a deck box on one of our work vehicles. We are very pleased with their work. Shawnna was a pleasure to work with.
I used to be a very loyal Auto Trim Design and now CTU customer, until today. In the past, I've had them tint all of my vehicles with great results, but today's up-charging for shocks and strut install on my truck now has me avoiding this business. I was told last week they charged $100 per hour for customer provided parts. I informed the woman that I would reuse the coils as recommended by the shock manufacturer and she said it was still $100 per hour. When checking out after 2.5 hours of my scheduled appointment time, I received a bill for $440. I asked what happened to the $100 per hour.? I was told that I had them install a leveling kit which is not accurate. They said they charge $350 for a level kit, but these were shocks and struts with no other blocks or pieces. I had adjustable struts which were pre-set and the installation process is exactly the same for non-adjustable struts. Then another co-worker piped in to say they added another technician to get me out quicker. I did not ask for a second tech and nobody informed me of a second tech. I believe they try to justify the higher of the two costs ($100 per hour or $350 per kit whichever is more). I called their General Manager Nick who also tried to justify the upcharge by telling me they felt sorry for me and my father waiting so they assigned another tech. If the terms of the transaction change, the customer should get the opportunity to agree or not to the new terms. I called the owners and left multiple messages, David and Kevin Walker, but my calls were not returned. Needless to say, I will never be back... Bottom line, I believe they are dishonest and tried to justify it. For your Tint needs, I highly recommend Wetumpka Window Tint!
Can't give much of a review as desk crew could not (or would not) help me. I drove a long way, upon someone's recommendation. They need to hire staff. The "RIP" sticker by the door should have clued me in that the best and only employee they ever had, died.
