The installation was done quickly and professionally, and they made sure everything was perfect before I left. My music sounds so much better. I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a newly promoted manager at Car Toys (Mesquite), and I must say, he truly impressed me. Although I can't recall his name, his exceptional handling of multiple customers while managing the store by himself stood out. From the moment I entered, he greeted each customer warmly and took the time to ask preliminary questions about what brought us in. His attentiveness made everyone feel valued. He assured us that he would be right with us, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Moreover, he showcased the equipment with great expertise and was incredibly knowledgeable about product quality. It's clear that he has a deep understanding of the products and a genuine passion for helping customers.
