This is my 3rd car they’ve completed. Never switching spots. Carlos is phenomenal and the customer service here is impeccable. My car was completed in exactly 1 hour. Can’t beat that and the prices are phenomenal. Don’t hesitate
I give this shop and team a perfect rating for the following reasons 1. Prompt response from the initial inquiry 2. Educated me on the different tint and film (I went with Ceramic film) 3. Compliance - they will keep you in compliance (I am a commercial driver and this was important to me) 4. Service - installation scheduled the following day, Fast and professional, no nonsense and respectful of my time. 5. Painful watch. Came in for a ceramic nano window tint. I insisted that I watch and i’m glad (and not) that I did. It was incredibly painful to watch just how sloppy and unprofessional the install was. One of the two guys working on my tahoe was wearing a metal keychain that was consistently bashing my paint as he was moving around the truck. In addition, I consistently reminded him not to dig his dirty tennis shoe into my leather seats. He also bashed my infotainment display several times with the glass cleaner bottle. Then, he was flinging the water from his squeegee out the door and caking my door panels in the process (he didn’t clean that either). He then proceeds to spray his alcohol based glass cleaner onto my leather dash. After getting the truck back, I was not pleased to see their mess left. I found a razor blade, leftover tint, and the plastic trim on my drivers side (go figure) had some much pressure being put on it that it deformed the plastic from where he was standing. Not to mention the dirty headliner from his dirty hands he didn’t bother to clean either. Simply not a care in the world, I will be pursuing legal action for the damages caused to my vehicle.
