Auto Alarm of Laredo

Went in to install side steps on my new suv. Rick and his staff were awesome. Professional, great quality of work and very friendly. Wasn't sure how my suv was going to look like when finished, but after I saw my car and their work I was really pleased with the final product and workmanship. Thank you all for the great work. Highly recommend.

I had taken different vehicles to Auto Alarm through out the years and had been happy with the customer service and their work. However that changed when I recently took my car and I had the windows tinted. They did a good job on the driver and back seat windows but did a lousy job on the back windshield. I posted photos below to show the shoddy work they did. After they finished I ask the guy who worked on it if the back windshield was going to look like that and he was like yea once the moisture dries up it will look good. He told me give it a few days and I gave them a week. It did not look better. I went back and spoke to the same guy and he seemed reluctant to fix the issue; he then proceeded to bring another worker who explained that it is suppose to look like that and that if I wanted to...to use my fingers to fix the air bubbles. Paraphrasing here but that it was suppose to look like this and there's not much that can be done about it. It feels strange that I am writing this review because I have been coming here for a long time but the culture seems to have changed: bad customer service and shoddy work. Do not go here to get work on your car.
