Sun Pro Glass Tinting

They never gave us our warranty docs after installation of security film in our home. Payment was made in full before they left. The tech did not have film roll numbers on hand since his buddy left a few minutes early to get a jump start on their next job so he told me that his office will send me the warranty docs right away. It’s been 2.5 weeks since the install and I have followed up 3 times but received nothing.

We’ve had great experience with Sun Pro over the years. Several years ago, they put reflective tint (film) to all glass windows of our home. The main reason was to reduce heat from the sun entering the house. Through time, one reason or another when our glass windows are broken and replaced, we call them. Depending how much film needed, they either charge a minimum charge for coming out or a minimum charge plus cost of the film used. Film has life time warranty so it helps. For the recent call, they came on 11/18/24 to put new film on 6 glass windows. Since the amount of film used within the minimum, there was no additional charge (they tell you upfront after getting the dimensions of your windows.) We only paid the minimum charge of $399 for coming out. We appreciated Scott for doing a terrific job with ours. We highly recommend Sun Pro for timely scheduling, professional jobs and competitive pricing.

We installed the 15 mil security film on the inside surface of our double pane commercial storefront panels and our door after the second time of being broke into via glass breakage. After 1 year of no attempts they tried again on our front door, our side light glass next to the door and one of our large 6 foot by 12 foot pieces of glass and could not get through. They even tried prying and bending our window frame around the sidelight and still could not get through. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical this would hold up under attack at first but now have seen it prove itself first hand!
