I’m giving Dark and Loud a well-deserved 5 stars! Allen went above and beyond to hook me up. I had previously gotten a system from Audio Fanatics, but they oversold me on overpriced gear that wasn’t even as powerful as I wanted. When I asked them about upgrading, they told me I couldn’t fit anything bigger in the box they sold me. That’s when I went to Dark and Loud, and Allen made it happen! Not only did they make it work, but they made it look incredible. The attention to detail was top-notch, and this system absolutely bangs. They installed a DB 2000W RMS Amp, Audio Control Epicenter, two 12” DB Apocalypse 250s, and the Audio Control LC2, and the difference is unreal. But what really set Dark and Loud apart was their customer service and honesty. Allen let me come into the shop, check out different pieces of work, and actually see my system before I even paid for it. No pressure, no upselling—just straight-up passion for great sound. The pricing was way more reasonable than what I paid before, and I got exactly what I wanted this time. If you want the best work, fair pricing, and a team that truly cares about your system, Dark and Loud is the only place to go. I’m never taking my business anywhere else! My last note! They also added a seat lift so the woofers do not hit the bottom of my seat causing damage! They really know what they’re doing.
Best service ever honestly. My tint was perfect plus stickers on the window crank to not roll the window. Instructions on how to use sound system and what not to do on tint. Thanks GIO!! Keep up the great customer service.
I got a fully customized audio system from this place and it looks amazing and sounds amazing as well! Gio the guy that helped me with everything and his team did such an amazing job and were able to complete the sounds system in 1 day. Great customer service and will gladly answer any questions you have. Really good price for the quality of work you will get.
