BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT - I was pleased with the customer service and the help that was offered. Friendly and professional staff. (5 out of 5) - The shop is NOT low car friendly - No display items or equipment - Office area was a large desk and shared by a landscaping company I will start off by saying that I didn't have any work or installations done so I can't rate on that aspect. I called and spoke to a gentleman who was very helpful and respectful but I was never given his name. The quotes were very reasonable and we had planned to do a head unit and replace all the speakers in my car as well as a full tint job. After some discussion and a potential plan, I decided to drive by the shop since I had not been there before. When I pulled in, I scraped and bottomed out my stock height car and there was no other way to get into the shop. The car I would have the speakers replaced on is lowered and would not make it into the shop area without ripping off my front bumper. When I asked the young gentleman at the front counter about my concerns, I was instructed to just drive slower... When entering the office, you wont find any display items or equipment "as it begins the countdown of the manufactures warranty" as the gentleman on the phone explained. Most signs on the outside make it seem like the office is the landscaping company, but Aloha and the landscaping company share an office. They may be the best installers in the world, but I wouldn't know so I cannot and will not give ratings on installation of stereos or tinting.

2023 review: I returned (6 years later) with a 2023 Cadillac Escalade and he did not disappoint! He is definitely a go-to when getting tinting. Very friendly, amazing customer service and communication is above reproach and the overall tinting is so professional, I would definitely use his business again! 2017 review:Probably the best customer service I have received in all of Killeen.
