Nicho's Car Audio and Window Tinting did an amazing job on our Tesla X. The tinting is top-notch and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend their services! I believe they also handle car audio, and based on their quality and professionalism, I’d...

I needed a tint for my new car as it had nothing at all. I followed their instructions and didn’t touch or roll down my windows for five days, and everything still looks fresh with no bubbles. They gave my car a clean, sophisticated look I’m very happy with. Lifetime warranty, I would recommend Nicho’s always.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! BEWARE!!! They don't even deserve a star but it was the only way that I was able to write a review. I went to get my truck tinted. Let me start with the first thing they did wrong. They did my front windshield and they left a large (BIG AS DAY ) , scratch on the tint. When I made them aware, they said that it would go away, that it was a bubble. I stated to them that it was not a bubble and that they would have to remove the tint because I was not paying for a job CLEARLY NOT DONE CORRECTLY. Second thing is that they damaged the plastic part, which is by the bottom corner of the window, with the heating machine that they use to apply the tint. When I realized what they had done, I made several calls to them to make them aware but I was being sent to voicemail. It was not until I had left a message stating that I will be leaving a bad review that they then returned my call within minutes. I spoke with someone, I believe it was the manager or owner and was asked to send him the pictures, which I did. Third thing! They have no CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE OR TRAINING AT ALL! I called him back to make sure he received the pictures and he BLATANTLY told me that they were not responsible, NOW MIND YOU, THIS IS A NEW TRUCK! He rudely hung up on me. If you do now want any damages or lousy work done on your NEW VEHICLE, STAY AWAY, DO NOT COME HERE! The owner did not even offer any kind of resolution to rectify the damage that was done at his place of business. A reputable business owner would have at least done that. I will be notifying the BBB!
