Auto Film Masters Tint & PPF

Extremely satisfied with the work done on my 2025 GMC. They have great prices, quality, & service! I don’t trust anyone else with any of my vehicles except these guys here at Auto Film Masters in Cedar, Park. I’ve been a customer for a very long time now & I’ve never had any type of issues. Thank y’all so much for the service(s) I will be recommending this place to everyone!

Extremely poor service and professionalism at this tint shop. All communication was done through the phone because the main guy Manny wasn't at the shop and was having two employees fill in for him. The process took close to 2 hours for just the front two windows of my SUV and quality of the tint application was poor. It had uneven gaps along the edges and the corners were very rough. The employee at the shop said there was nothing they could do for me at that point, so I had to call someone else who told me they would give me a full refund and then redo my tint at no cost. I accepted, and I came back and spent another 1.5 hours waiting for it to be redone. When Manny was done redoing it, I saw the exact same issues of uneven edges and rough corners and I was told that "it won't affect the performance of the tint" and that that's the most even they can make the tint because they have to cut around it due to the window's curvature. I told him that I would still like my refund because I was unhappy with the "redone" tint, and he proceeded to rip off my tints, after initially offering to redo my tint for free and process my refund. He also rudely made a comment, I assume sarcastically, asking if I was going to file a chargeback which I didn't appreciate after spending so much time waiting in the shop for a very poor tint job. Unbelievably unprofessional experience and I cannot recommend this business to anyone who cares about the quality of the work they get done to their car.
