I had Sunmasters installing Xpel films on three of my windows facing my yard due to turf burn that was happening from the window's glare. Aaron was my contact and I have to say that I always got a courteous and prompt replies. The reason of my ratin...
I cannot say enough about Sunmasters! I just had turf put into my backyard and immediately after it was laid I began to experience “turf burn” which is where the sun reflects off of your windows and burns/melts your turf. Basically like burning ants with a magnifying glass. I was terrified at what was such a huge investment was going to be completely destroyed. I had to cover my lawn with towels and tarps until I could find a solution. I called multiple companies and not only was Sunmasters the quickest & most responsive, (Patty & Aaron) they were the ONLY ones who offered a clear invisible solution. Every other company told me my only option available was this film that almost had a screen-like look to it, darkening or making my windows have a screened like look to them- which would be devastating bc that’s why we bought our home in the first place was our love for the gorgeous tall windows that looks out giving off an open airy feel throughout the home. Another addition- the cost they quoted me for this clear film shockingly came out lower than the other companies “screen look” ones that I was quoted for! It almost sounded too good to be true!! But I’m sitting in front of my clean clear windows as I write this review looking out to my pristine beautiful turf. 😁Problem solved! 👏🏼 & Extra perk- it keeps those uv rays out and my a/c bill lower. I don’t normally write reviews but I read them when searching for help, So I hope I helped someone reading who is in my same situation that I was. I highly recommend them!! Thank you Sunmasters!
Sun Masters did a great job very happy with the work. The installation was quick and they scheduled me right away definitely recommend!
