Sun Tint

I'm glad I chose Sun Tint for my window tint. After crazy google searches and reading reviews of all the tint shops in ATX, I landed on Sun Tint. Especially after reading great reviews about them on Reddit. I made an appointment and discussed the tint choice in person. The employees are very patient, nice, knowledgeable, and understanding. The shop is very, very clean and nice with many comfy seats and a really comfy couch with a TV to watch while you wait. Also, with wifi and charging ports. They even provide free drinks like water, soda, and coffee. I only had to wait like an hour and forty-five for them to complete the car. They even took off my dealership trunk sticker for free! With all that and a lifetime warranty on the tint and being an old vetted ATX business, you can't go wrong with them. I live in South Austin and drove 30mins to them and passing up so many other tint shops. Im glad I did!

I very much recommend this place. The tint looks amazing, and it’s warrantied for life—that’s not something we see too often anymore. I paid $419 + tax for everything, not including the windshield. They had a nice waiting area with couches, a TV, wifi, power, and drinks. The bathroom left a little to be desired but whatever. It took about 90 minutes (probably less) for the install. Car was just as clean as when I gave it to them. They even included a sticker over the window buttons to remind you not to roll the windows down for a few days while the tint cures. The only thing I would’ve liked is more pricing info on the website.

The staff at Sun Tint did an outstanding job on my 87 VW Vanagon. The previous Sun film was full of scratches, bubbles etc. Now the glass is satin smooth and with a good increase in thermal insulation!
