My husband gifted me an auto start package here and they were great - fast install, easy scheduling. I was extremely impressed when, after about 10 months later, the screen of the digital starter cracked, they replaced it within the week with no hassle at all. They even called me to let me know I could come in and exchange it, I didn’t have to bother anyone. In fact, they called me several times to get it done. I’m not used to that amount of initiative from a company making something right. Amazing service.

Overall excellent experience. I first made an email inquiry on a weekend about window tinting and by Monday Kevin gave a detailed response. Pricing, options for materials, the SS guarantee of the work and invited me to call the shop with questions or to make an appointment. I called yesterday and got an appointment today. Henry was very informative and helpful about the details of my request. The work was completed in a few hours and looks perfect. Not one issue. Makes my 2007 Acura look newer. Not only did he explain I should wait to open/wash the windows after as few days to let the tint cure but there were reminder stickers placed on my window controls. That’s good service! Highly recommend Sonic Sound and I will be a return customer.
