I was referred to Auto Trim by my dealership. My last vehicle purchased from them was brought here prior to me taking it off the lot. The work done was very good. I had zero issues the whole time I had the car. So, I just purchased another car from the same dealer. I wanted to get the windows done along with other things. Auto Trim was recommended by my longtime friend and salesman. He has only had positive experiences with them. Mistake BIG Mistake! First of all, if you are so busy with contracted businesses that you don’t want my business then just say it. Don’t stand there acting uninterested and patronizing to me. I ask questions because I want to know and be more knowledgeable about what I want to have done to my car. Your body language told me everything I needed to know about you and your business that you represent. You didn’t even take the time to find out what kind of vehicle I had. Young man, you have so much to learn about how to treat people. You don’t know me and yet I could see that you couldn’t care less whether I brought my business here or not. You showed absolutely zero interest in anything I had to say or question I had to ask. No problem! I took my business elsewhere. You’re welcome!
