Review for Tint World – Mount Juliet Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5 Stars) I recently had ceramic window tints installed at Tint World – Mount Juliet, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the start, the staff was kind, patient, and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. They truly take the time to educate their customers and ensure they get the best option for their needs. For my vehicle, I originally chose 55% ceramic tint on the front windshield and 5% on the sides and back. After about two weeks, I realized that 55% wasn’t dark enough—it allows more light in than I expected, and visibility inside the car is higher than I prefer. If you’re used to traditional dyed tints, which appear darker, I recommend going with 35% or lower for better privacy. Ceramic tint maintains a truer, more natural color rather than an artificially darkened appearance. When I decided to go darker, Tint World was very accommodating. They waived the removal fee and only charged me their standard $200 (before tax) to retint the front windshield at 35%, which I appreciated. While the price is on the higher side, it was a valuable learning experience, and their willingness to work with me showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. After about two weeks, I noticed a few small bubbles in the back glass, but when I brought it up to them, they immediately offered to inspect it and either push them out or replace the tint if necessary. This level of customer care and attention to detail really stood out to me, proving that they stand behind their work and prioritize quality. Overall, Tint World – Mount Juliet delivers top-tier service, high-quality ceramic tinting, and excellent customer support. I’ll definitely be using them for future upgrades on my 2022 Mustang Fastback. If you’re considering ceramic tint, I highly recommend them—just make sure to choose your tint percentage wisely based on your desired level of privacy and darkness! — note that the pictures are before I had the back corrected and the front is still at 55% I’ll be going back shortly for the back correction and new front tint to 35%
DO NOT GO HERE FOR CLEAR WRAPS! Save yourself the headache and money - their work is amateur at best and not worth the price. I paid over $2,500 to have the full front done on my BMW. After picking it up the first time I noticed overhang of the wrap in some areas, poor cuts in others with no coverage, they also completely forgot to do the Aframe which was included - oh and bubbles. I was told they were normal and would even out. Fast forward two weeks later I bring it back because it was such a BAD job, even the rep admitted the bumper need to be redone. I had a chip on the front from an area they didn't cover and really bad bubbling, and so much dirt accumulating under the poorly cut areas around the edges. I gave them another chance and guess what - it came back WORSE. I had MORE bubbling than before, and they didn't even bother to try to clean up the dirt or fix the poorly cut edges. Pictures speak for themselves, so I decided to dispute the charge. I just called my credit card company for an update, and they told me the merchant's response was that the issues were caused from me going through a carwash! I haven't taken my car through any carwash since this work was done. UNBELIEVABLE THEY ARE LYING to my credit card company when they admittedly told me the job wasn't done right. They are so unethical, and I want to make sure everyone knows what type of business they are running. I believe all of the Nashville locations have the same GM so stay away from them all. Red circles are from the first job and yellow from the second attempt... could add more but hopefully you all get the point of the crap work done and they are trying to stand behind.
