The customer service is beyond exceptional. Todd offered to pick up my car for the ceramic coating to be applied, and he even returned it to my home. No crazy coordination of schedules and me jumping through hoops to drive it to the shop and retrieve! Nope! Both Todd and John answered every single (and annoying! 😝) question I had. Both kept me in the loop the entire time my vehicle was in the shop. They made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and we even cracked some jokes and shared some laughs during the process. They did a fantastic job on my daughter's car. There was car soap dried on the car and did a fantastic job getting the car back to showroom condition. My daughter was so pleased. The staff even took the time to explain to her what they did. Her smile said it all when picked the car up. Highly recommended!
