I had my two side windows tinted by Incredible Tint on 9/14 for my brand new 2025 Buick Envista Avenir. The staff was friendly, but the waiting area wasn’t the cleanest—there was noticeable dog hair on the couch, so I chose to sit elsewhere. On 9/17, I contacted them after noticing scratches on my tint. They advised me to bring the car back, and on 9/19, my father dropped it off for the tint to be redone. Unfortunately, when I got the car back, there were still scratches on the tint, along with hair trapped under it and new marks on the interior on both sides. When my father returned to address the issue, they declined to provide a refund. While the staff was polite, I was disappointed with the outcome and would caution others to carefully check their work.
2nd time using Incredible Tint and I couldn’t be more happy. Scheduled my appt 2 days ahead and even requested an earlier time frame day before and they were able to accommodate with no problem! Super friendly staff and affordable prices. I will recommend them to everyone and will come back in future if ever needed.
