***Long post alert*** I’ve been a satisfied customer of this business for 5+ years until my most recent experience. I had to return “2” times to have my tint corrected after being placed. The date of original placement I had an appointment scheduled and no wait. The tint was placed and appeared to be perfect. Once I got home and observed my windows I realized that they had placed the tint before removing window stickers. I called the business and they were more than willing to redo the tint and correct. The wait was long, but I was in no hurry, so I was patient. However, there was a high volume of cars and they were very busy. When they finally started on my vehicle, he cut the tint sprayed the window and then walked over to the passenger side. Upon doing so, the tint that had been placed on the driver window fell to the ground(I attempted to catch it but was not able to). He then walked back around picked the tint up from the ground and placed it back onto the window. In doing so, I was later able to see that debris was embedded in the tint. I called again, told them what happened and once again they told me to bring the vehicle back. I was more than willing to come back again to have it looked at and repaired, but this time I asked if I could have an appointment so that I would not be waiting for hours as I previously did. They told me yes, I could be there at 12. I arrived at 11:55am. The lady walked up to me and asked what I was having done(I explained my repeated visits and told her I had a 12pm appointment). She responded “it don’t work like that here”. I asked her “what do you mean? If it doesn’t work like that, why would someone tell me to be here at 12.” She then told me that they could start on my vehicle in 30minutes, and I said okay that’s fine. In between waiting, a guy “Jo” comes to my car and asks what I was having done. I explained to him as well that this is my “2nd” return for repair. I pointed out the embedded debris to him. The man stated to me “that’s from you touching the window with your finger”. 😳I said sir the tint was dropped on the ground and placed on the window, what you’re seeing is beneath the tint so how is that from my finger?! With an attitude he stated, we’ll fix it and walked away. I got there at 11:55am and it got to 2pm I was still waiting. I had other things scheduled to do this day, so I asked the lady if I could just have a refund. She told me that a refund was not possible because of the lifetime warranty. Confused by this, I was still patient and asked how long will it be from now until they can redo my windows. She told me they would start on mine when the next car pulls out. I said okay. About 10/15 minutes later “Jo” comes back to my car and starts taking the tint off my windows and says that he got the green light from his boss to give my money back. He asked how much I paid and I told him I only had the front 2 windows done I was charged $50 and gave a $10 tip. He said that he couldn’t refund my tip but could give what I paid. The man handed me $40. At this point my patience had run short and I wasn’t about to argue or wait another 2 hours for $10. He stated that he didn’t want any bad reviews so he was giving me my money back out of his pocket. I said sir, that money came out of my pocket before it made it to yours. Once he finished taking the tint off he told me that he would ask for my number if I wasn’t on the phone. I said “I’m good, I will no longer be a customer here.” I closed my door and drove off. My issue is, 1. Don’t give me an appointment if you can’t provide the appointment. 2. Don’t get an attitude with me because of your mistakes. And 3. If you’re refunding what is paid minus tip, then do that. So disappointed!!!!

Best tinting around! Very high quality work. I've taken 3 of my cars here and I won't go to anyone else!! 10/10 recommend

He’s does it all by himself and takes proud in his work people just don’t have any patience or consideration that he does it alone with no help and there is a wait and even in 90 degrees he moves as fast as he can doing 4 cars at a time the best prices around they come from all over to come to him so any one giving a negative review wanted didn’t want to pay or didn’t want to wait but guarantee you they wouldn’t do it to the yt folks establishment 😒 I’ve had my tint for 2years and still no complaints love him he looks out for da cookout!!!!!!!
