GP Customs

I bought a new car but wanted a different color. I had never heard of a "wrap" or of GP Customs, but the dealer referred me and I was not disappointed! GP Customs was fast, listened well, took care of every detail, and did such a perfect job that the car wash people didn't believe me when I said it was a "wrap" and asked if they could look inside the door! The crew did a fabulous job and my new color was perfect!

Got heated/cooled leather seats installed in my Jeep here. The final result is fine, but what was supposed to be a 3-day job turned into 15 days. I get that these installations can be tricky and they were busy, but the communication was really lacking. I had to keep calling them for updates, and every time they said they were "working on it" even though not much seemed to be happening. The seats work well now, but honestly, I wish they had just been upfront about any issues or if they weren't sure how to handle the installation. Would recommend making sure you get a clear timeline and regular updates if you decide to go with them. The work itself is satisfactory - just be prepared to stay on top of them about progress and timing.

Had a remote start installed by them through a dealership. Had issues a year later with remote connecting and starting the car. Drove in from 90 miles the first time with an appointment and said we cannot fix it today even though we had an appointment. Rescheduled an appointment for the second trip of 90 miles and they had no time to work on the car. Mentioned we could leave it overnight. Great idea! Very poor customer service.
