I had work done about 8 years ago when they were in Exton... I know... forever ago... The speakers sounded dead and flat (like an old 1991 radio) and when I asked them to fix it, they told me I needed to purchase an aftermarket amp (from them). I decided I didn't care about it and just dealt with puny sounding speakers which I hated. I didn't know much about wiring and sound, so I just took them at their word and figured "it is what it is" Upon doing other work in the car involving taking the rear seats out here 8 years later, I noticed the 2 factory AMPS were unplugged.... weird. The only time these seats were off was to have these speakers installed. Looking into the speaker issue for my vehicle, I noticed my vehicle requires a special RCA wiring harness to be used and spliced to integrate the 2 existing factory AMPS. What do you know.... I took the unit out, and the harness wasn't used, and they also spliced in 4 speaker wires to get the crappy sound to even work, and sent me on my way. I do not recommend this shop. Who knows, maybe they fixed their issues in their abilities to install simple speakers, but I would never go here again. I feel scammed and feel like an idiot for not refusing to accept their work, but what can you do. Just a warning to others looking to get work done. AVOID Edit: added more pics of their genius work showing 2 of the 4 spliced wire and how the cut into factory harness. Very frustrating
After talking to the installer while getting my tattoo done next door I decided to go ahead and get street flow for my jaguar. They scheduled me in soon and unfortunately had to cancel the one day and they fit me in the very next day and we're very accommodating. They gave me a price up front which was reasonable and stuck to it. My car was done mid afternoon and the street glow looks awesome!
I wanted to get window wind deflectors put on my van. I called and Monica helped me place an order for them and also set up an install date. The day of install, it took the guys about 15-20 minutes to pop them on. They look great. While I was there Andy helped me look up some things for my dad's vehicle. I had zero issues with having them installed and they look really good! Monica and Andy are awesome! Thanks again!!
