I came here to get a vinyl wrap removed from my car. They quoted me $600 without seeing the vehicle first. I drove 40 minutes out to their shop only for their wrap guy, Alex, to work on my vehicle for 4 hours and say the job was “too difficult” and would take 5-6 days and now cost $1,500. I said that’s ok I’ll still do it, I get a call at 2pm the same day saying he’s done for the day and won’t be able to work on it again for 2 weeks. I went to pick the car up yesterday and my father and I who have never done wrap removal did the entire car except the hood and roof in 6 hours of work… (not 5-6 days) I wouldn’t recommend getting work done if they can’t honor their word. I still had to pay them $320 for 4 hours of work and this is the car I see when I pick up, Sections half finished glue still on the clear coat, A large section of paint missing from the rear passenger panel. The whole time we removed it ourselves we didn’t chip paint once..They started parts of the car and just stopped to start a whole different part before finishing one section. I was embarrassed to drive away looking like this. Very unprofessional leaving large parts of wrap just hanging from the vehicle, It was comical when I saw that parked in the lot. They may give you a cheap quote but it’s obviously for a reason.

When i returned to the business i has my first van's stickers put on, they acted like they didn't even want to do it. I told them as much and left. I went to Tint World and Alex had no issues at all with the graphics i provided and the Scorch Wagon 2.0 looks awesome. They even did it at a better price than the other place.

I had a great experience taking my car here. Had my windows tinted and my roof vinyl wrapped and both came out great. The people working here were very professional and on time. I had a slight miscommunication about my wrap job, but afterwards, the team fixed it promptly and without any issue. Definitely coming back for future business. Would recommend for sure!
