I can say without a doubt having done business with these guys that I would highly recommend Cazillia Audio. I had a remote starter installed a year ago and it was a smooth experience. From dropping my van off to picking it up. Very professional and accommodating. Quick story a year later I come back with an issue unrelated to that and Mark took time out of his day to help me with the situation. He could’ve very easily have said hey man, I can’t help you. You’re gonna have to go to your dealership, but he said instead, hey let me see how I can help you and he did. For a small business owner to take out of time out of his day to do what he did and I was really in a pinch. I can say that that was really, really a kind thing for him to do and it was truly appreciated. 100% this is a stand-up guy in and a stand up business.
Had them replace the head units in my two vehicles. Price was fair, work was quick and super professional and clean. They know what’s up. There was an unanticipated issue with the wiring of one of my cars and they went to extra mile to take care of it, no additional charge. Totally satisfied with my experience there.
