Rescheduled me 3 times then had it for 3 days before giving up on the back window. Now barely a month later both front windows are coming loose at the corner and she’s not replying on business messenger. I feel bad writing this since her husband pa...
I don't usually write reviews especially bad reviews because I don't like spreading negativity. But I believe that people need to know the truth about this tint shop. I took my car to the shop to get the back window re tinted because it was bubbling. I was told it would take two hours. After about 7 hours of the tint shop owner attempting to apply the tint to the rear window it became apparent that she was not very skilled at applying tint. She was unable get the tint to adhere to just one window after using "enough material to tint three cars". Come to find out her husband owned the business before he sadly passed. I can't imagine how hard it is to loose your spouse and I wanted to give her a fair wage for her work even if she didn't give me the product I asked for, so we agreed if she detailed the car I would pay her for the amount agreed to do the tint job even though the tint was never put on my car successfully. (She did remove the old tint but not without damaging my rear defroster) I was then notified that the vehicle was finished getting detailed and that I should pick it up. The vehicle detail was awful the car was obviously not cleaned thoroughly enough before the wax was applied and way to much wax was applied. So much so that you can see lines from the wax slowly running down the side of the car. My car also smelled like cigarette smoke and residue from the tinting process was all over the interior of the vehicle. The rear windshield wiper was removed to allow the tint to be applied and was put on with the lock nut backwards so it almost fell off the car on the way home from the shop. disappointed I paid her for he services and went on my way. She later texted me and asked if I had someone else put tint on the rear windshield. I told her I had not and she asked if she could give it another try. I said I would not be going back due to the poor quality product I received and I recommend that going forward she should hire someone to do the tinting and detailing so that the client base that her husband built does not leave. She responded with with a very rude response that was far from professional I wished her the best and am now writing this review. If the owner is reading this I want you to know that if you continue to lie to your customer's and make them think that you have lots of tinting experience you will loose all the customer that your husband worked so hard for.
Took my wife's car here a year ago. Was great. Took my car here this year and was the complete opposite experience. Rescheduled multiple times. Work not complete. And now i need to take it to get redone. I don't leave bad reviews, but I felt like this was one I needed to leave.
