Extreme Clean Auto Detail

I dump gas in my trunk and drove around with it for a week found this place and ask if thay where able to fix in I drop the car off this morning the very nice lady told me it was going to take hours to clean it she was vice enough to take me and my son home in Springfield this is my first time in this shop and I have to say they did a fantastic job the cer look and smelled great like new again if you need good done I highly recommend you to stop in

I took my ‘06 Tahoe in to get detailed and headlights restored. They did a great job getting some of the mold spots in it because it sat for a bit. The headlight restoration was mediocre at best, and there was a lot of details that did not get clean(see photos). I just feel for $400 the level of cleaning detail would have been better. In my opinion if you cannot get the headlights to restore due to the inside, don’t charge a customer for a service you are unable to provide. **Update**: Got a hold of Mike at Extreme Clean and he is having me bring it back in on Tuesday to take care of what was missed free of charge and give me a lift back to my home. Will modify rating and post another update upon completion and inspection. **Update** Upon further investigation, Mike was not given the correct information from the person dropping off my vehicle. His team did a great job with the info they had and Mike even had me bring it back down and did some of the things I wanted done free of charge. Mike remained respectful and professional through the whole thing, even though the error was not on his or his teams, behalf. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Mike!
