I just wanted to start this review by saying how grateful I am to of found Mike and his shop. Let me tell you why. Today, I took the day off from my job for the sole purpose of getting my windows tinted. I was really excited about it, I’ve been wanting to do this for awhile now. One of my good friends referred me to a tint shop called, Carlos Tint. I trusted my friend and went there only to be mistreated and cheated. Not only was he unprofessional, he did a horrible tint job. I had told him I wanted ceramic 15% on all 5 windows and just the bar across on the front windshield. When he was finished, it looked like 35% tint. There were chips along the rear windshield and he made a rainbow crescent moon looking shape over my brake light. I told Carlos I wanted him to remove the tint bc I wasn’t happy with it. He refused to take off the tint at first, he wouldn’t give me my keys back and said I had to wait, that there were many other customers ahead of me. I told him I can’t just sit around and wait all day for you to remove this. The longer it sits here the faster it will cure. He ended up removing the tint but he left the sticky residue behind which would’ve totally ruined my windows!! I went on google and found Mike and his shop in just the nick of time! I called him, he SAVED my car! Elite Window Tinting, Mike is the absolute best!! Mike was very understanding about the situation, knowledgeable, and cared! He told me to stop by his shop at 5 and he would fix what they did to my poor car and he did!! 100 billion stars Mike!!!! I can’t thank you enough!
