Brought both my vehicles here for window tinting. They explained all my options to me, and did an amazing job! Customer service is like no other. If you want it done right, go to Tuxedo Tints!
My experience here was life changing. I will now do a lot more research when I go to any shop now. I took my 25 sorrento (not even 6 months old yet) to get an all window tint. The staff was friendly, quick to respond and attentive when I scheduled and got the original work done. I took home my car from them on Saturday and noticed that my quarter windows had a pretty big gap (see photos) and took my car there first thing Monday morning to get it redone. I was there for about 30 mins and they told me that they tried 5 times and they can't get it perfect. It was the best they could do. It did look better but I was worried I was being a "karen" about it and said it was fine. I left and got home and took a closer look around my car. There was hairs and specks of dust in my passenger windows as well along with pretty *bad* scratches along my passenger door jam and slightly above. Some were DOWN TO THE STEEL OF THE CAR. I have no idea how they could have managed this. I had hand washed my car the late night prior and I would have noticed these scratches on my LESS THEN 6 MONTH OLD CAR. I didn't immediately call them because I was trying to think of how this could happen and maybe it was my fault? However, there is no way. So I called that evening and left a message which they returned the very next day. They were nice and not defensive. They stated that I signed a contract releasing them from ALL AND ANY damage done to you car when they work on it. The staff did offer to remove the tint and give me a full refund. The only problem with that is, they scratched the crap out of my new car and I did not feel comfortable with that at all. I didn't want them touching my car again. They persisted that it's the best they could do because it is "store policy". So either I am forced to be uncomfortable and have them remove the tint, get refunded with the possibility of them ripping my defrosters on my new car and scratching my car... or don't get refunded at all and I am screwed out of 550 bucks along with damaged paint which is quoting at over a grand. They offered to let me watch so I felt that was my only option and took it. I did tell them that I did not want them removing my rear windshield due to me almost having a panic attack at the thought of them ruining my defrosters. They agreed, however refused to refund me the full amount. I offered to get it removed else where that i could TRUST and bring them the tint back. They refused. All this over just wanting to tint out my new ride. Now I am screwed out 150 dollars and a good paint job that will cost me a LOT of money. I gave 2 stars only because the staff were very cordial and apologetic. I am giving my experience.
I recently had both of my cars tinted by them, and I’m impressed with their work. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. The tint job is flawless no bubbles, clean edges, and it looks fantastic. They took the time to explain the different tint options available and helped me choose the perfect one for my needs. The attention to detail and quality of service is top-notch. I highly recommend them if you're looking for high-quality tint work done right the first time!
