Just had 3 of our vehicles done within this past week and couldn’t be happier with the results. Nate was super informative, efficient, kept me in the loop the whole time, and delivered great results. My trucks look awesome now and it makes it a lot better driving experience now.

Nate did a great job on my tint on my truck I’m very happy with it. The reason I give 2 stars is because I called up about tint on my entire truck I was quoted a price I got there and we found a crack on my windshield so we did everything else besides that and I got my windshield replaced we agreed on a price I asked him before I left that day if we still keep same price even though it’s not same day install he said yes I call a week after when my windshield is replaced and he was like I normally charge way more then that but will do it for that if I said that i get there he took the time he said on it very transparent at the end came to me and said he scratched tint putting plastic back on and he was just going to take it off all understandable stuff happens but when he brought truck to me I asked him when I could come back to get it done he said to be honest I can refer you out I don’t want to do it part of me thinks it’s because of The under quoted price But that’s bad business You said a price for all my tint you should honor that price and do the work Especially after you messed it up and then just send me on my way and refer me out And then leave water spots all over my dash and plastic and dirt all over my floorboards In my field, we clean up after ourselves My truck didn’t look like that before I came in And not to mention the scratch on my new windshield I hate to leave a review like this because I like Nate and he did Good work on the rest of my truck I definitely won’t ever be going back there or recommending anyone and I have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow to get the windshield done At the same price, he was quoting me because I told them what happened shout out to showroom Solutions plus LLC in Medina They are truly professional(update just got my truck back next day from showroom solutions if you’re looking for a clean updated Money put into their shop he got it going on it’s impressive and A very professional experience they even detailed my truck from Nate’s dirt that he got all over my floor boards and never cleaned or water spots also buffed the scratch out of the corner windshield where he tried to put the plastics back in and claims he didn’t scratch it they cleaned up all of his mess and my truck came back looking better then I took it to them and for trim that Nate claims that he has to take off to do the tint Tyler from showroom solution the owner said that’s a huge mistake And that there is no plastics that need to be removed in order to install the tint he has no idea why you had to do that making job way hard I would’ve so much rather not even had any of the work done then sat for two hours. Had you get it all put together and then scratch it putting the plastics back Then tell me you won’t do it again just leave the sour taste in my mouth in Needless to say, my tent came out, looking flawless on my windshield, and I got it back within a hour With no scratches or any plastic remove Sometimes you would like to trust the people you’re sending your car to, but everybody has their own way of doing things And from the jump, he said that that windshield is a pain in the ass, but Tyler says that’s a very straightforward easy windshield so it all just comes down to willingness and skill and knowledge and experience and being particular
