Gotta Have Tint

He is the best around in my opinion. They have done at least 9 cars of mine and my kids cars not including friends I have told to go to him and all have been very happy. I have never had a problem with any of my tint and he will stand by his work. I refuse to go to anybody else any I’m very picky who I let to do my cars. I highly recommend A+++++

My family & I have been loyal customers of Mike for many years & have referred him to friends & family. However, my recent experience left me highly dissatisfied. I  purchased a new vehicle & brought it to Mike for tinting on April 25. I noticed a line in the tint when I picked up my car & messaged him right away to which he replied it was due to baby shampoo & it would dry out in about a week. By April 30, the line had gotten bigger & when I asked him to take a look, he claimed there was a crack in the windshield that was already there. He never mentioned the crack at all when I initially sent him a picture of the front windshield & asked him about it. When I purchased the vehicle, which was 2 days prior to taking it to Mike, I never noticed a visible crack. I would have never spent the money to get my front windshield tinted if there was a crack or damage of any kind. Not once was I ever notified about a crack or even the risk of tinting a cracked window & the further damage it could cause. I highly doubt that crack was there to begin with but had Mike notified me in advance to let me know there was a crack & the risk involved with tinting a cracked window then I would have asked him not to do it. Instead when I mentioned that to him, his response was it is not his job to inform customers of such issues. He tinted the window knowing it was supposedly damaged & took my money, even though there was no visible damage when I dropped it off. He was very rude & unprofessional in his response & refused to take accountability for the damaged caused to my windshield. Now I’m stuck paying for a new windshield & new tint again. Please be aware this business only accepts cash or cash app payments making it difficult to get a refund for poor services. They do not provide receipts or paperwork for lifetime warranty claims, casting doubts on their credibility. This lack of transparency raises red flags about the business practices and customer service quality. Overall, I was left feeling cheated and disappointed by Mike's lack of customer service & lack of professionalism. I will not be recommending his business to anyone & will be seeking a new tint company for my vehicle. Please take your business to a reputable company that actually cares about the quality of their work & their customers experience.

I had Mike get me together on 10/22/22. I think I got 42% on the windshield and 18% all the way around. He got me in and out within 2 1/2 hours. Very pleased. If you want your windows done, this is the place to go. 💪😎👌
