Quality Window Tint - Window tinting business

I was just there about a couple weeks ago… they’ve done the last 3 cars for me the exact same way 15% all the way around and a 5% visor strip. Was beyond pleased with the job and in record time too. Do yourself a favor and get the ceramic tint and also pay in cash it’ll be cheaper.

This is the place to go! Place is locally owned and operated by the best window guys in Columbus! TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! Whatever you want done they will take care of you! Thanks guys!

Absolutely horrible. After making payment for my tint, I was brought out to my car and informed by the technician that they had damaged the rear defroster grid on my vehicle. They tried to blame it on the car but, at the same time, admitted that during the tinting process, they messed up and had to redo the back window. This was done without my knowledge or consent. The cherry on top was that the car smelled of cigarette smoke for days after picking it up; the smell only went away after airing the car out and doing a deep clean. They made no effort to inform me of the potential risks of redoing the tint. After months of trying to resolve it with the shop and the owner, I was given the runaround. They continued to stick to the story that they believe it was the vehicle, even though the manufacturer confirmed it was not done to industry standard, and THE TECH ADMITTED THEY MESSED UP AND HAD TO REDO THE WINDOW. Due to this, I had to file a lawsuit in small claims court(all over $1000 for new glass). They didn't even show up for the multiple hearings and mediation, which resulted in a judgment against the business. In addition to all of this, it took only a few months for my tint on the rear right passenger window to start flaking off. The only thing this business has going for it is the fact that they are cheap and don't have lines on the tint. But you can get that at plenty of other reputable shops that won't damage your vehicle. As someone who has worked in the auto industry for years, I am ashamed that I trusted this business with my vehicle, and sad to see that there business's out there not willing to own up to their mistakes. Even minor ones. It's not worth the risk using quality window tint. I can't imagine how they would handle more significant damage to a vehicle.
