Sung and his wife were great. I had the front two windows done on my Land Cruiser. Appointment was easy to make over text and after some cancellations I was able to get in earlier than scheduled. Within the hour it was complete and the waiting room was adequate. Quality job and warranty, best spot in the Cleveland area for tint. Considering coming back for some ceramic coating in the future!
