The people at Total Offroad are awesome to work with. They installed new ball joints on my Ram along with a leveling kit and new shocks all around. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. They did great work and were more than happy to answer the follow up questions I had. I’d recommend them for install services for sure.
I ordered a set of Oracle headlights for my wife's jeep. I am not an electrician by any means so I had someone else install them. I had an issue with them and had the stocks put back in. I took them back to the store and there was an issue where we could not figure out what went wrong. I spoke to Austin he was great to work with him and I come to an agreement that we thought was fair. I will absolutely use them and refer them again in the future. They are an upstanding business that cares about the customer first and this is hard to find anymore..
